Spring Brunch in the City

Hi friendsss happy Friday! I went to brunch a couple of weeks ago in this outfit and I loved it so much. I thought it was so perfect for transitioning into Spring!

I bought these jeans about a year ago and they are one of my favorite pairs that I own. They’re super comfortable and stretchy, and really hug your figure. They’re from American Eagle and I have been surprised recently about how much I have been loving their denim! For the price, they are great quality, really comfortable and they have so many different styles to fit every shape.

This top is from Forever 21, under $20! Forever 21 has been killing it lately with affordable, trendy clothes. This top is going to be a go-to for me this Spring and Summer. My sunglasses are also from Forever 21 and they are my new favorites… only $7.90!!

The sandals are from Lulu’s and I bought them last year as well. They’re such a staple in my closet because they go with everything!

My necklace and earrings are from Rocksbox (this months box will be posted on the blog next week!). Use my code courtneymbff54 for your 1st month of Rocksbox free! The ring on my right hand is from Celeste Twinkler. If you have never heard of Celeste Twinkler before, you NEED to check out her jewelry. Such gorgeous, handmade pieces with a bohemian style.

Lastly, my bag is from Michael Kors. I got this bag as a gift a couple of years ago and I’ve been obsessed with it ever since.  I love the color, and since I mostly wear neutral tones, this bag really give any outfit a pop of color.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend! xo Courtney

Sephora Spring VIB Sale!

It’s that time of the year again, the Sephora VIB Sale is here! This sale is great for restocking your faves and must-haves, and also great to try more expensive products at a better price. The sale runs from April 20th-23rd!

I’ve broken up my favorites into categories to make it easier for you guys to shop. Let me know what your favorites are from Sephora and what you plan on purchasing, in the comments below!

ROUGE and VIB Members: 15% off  •  Beauty Insider Members: 10%

Everyday Skincare Routine

It Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream

This cream has been a game changer for me. I use it as a night cream, and it has really helped with my dry skin in the winter. I love how thick and creamy it is, it feels so luxurious!

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser

I’m in LOVE with this cleanser. My skin is very picky when it comes to the products I use, but this cleanser is so gentle and makes my skin feel so smooth, soft and hydrated. I cannot recommend this product enough!

Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel

I have been using this cream for about two years now and I have no plans on switching it out any time soon. I use it in the morning and sometimes at night during the summer, when I don’t need a heavy cream. It melts into your skin and doesn’t leave you feeling greasy.

Everyday Makeup Routine

Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette

This is the only palette I have ever repurchased. It’s perfect for every day and has all of the basic shades you could ever need. I love bringing this on trips because its small and easy to pack!

Make Up For Ever Ultra HD Foundation

I got this foundation sent to me and if I’m honest, I don’t think I would’ve purchased it on my own. I had heard so many great things about it but I didn’t want to spend $43 on a foundation. But when I tried it, I completely fell in love. It’s full coverage, but feels super lightweight and silky and never looks cakey! It’s a very impressive foundation.

Beauty Blender

You guys know enough about beauty blenders! Now is the time to stock up if you use them every day, like I do!

My Top Picks

Bumble and Bumble Prêt-à-Powder

Hands down, best dry shampoo I have ever tried. I love how much volume it gives my hair, and it doesn’t leave a weird texture like some spray dry shampoos.

Kopari Coconut Melt

I use this on my legs every time I get out of the shower and I love how soft and smooth it makes them feel. It also helps if you have razor burn, and I love the smell!

Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm

I much prefer this product to take my makeup off, compared to makeup remover wipes or miceller waters. The balm is so gentle and hydrating, and removes your makeup very easily – no extra rubbing or pulling on your skin!

My Favorite Masks

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask

I use this every night when I go to sleep. It smells sooo good and when I wake up my lips are super soft!

Boscia Luminizing Black Charcoal Mask

I really like to use this mask when I feel like pampering myself. The charcoal helps to draw out impurities and firm your skin.

Glam Glow Supermud Clearing Treatment Mask

I love to use this mask as a spot treatment whenever I have any stubborn zits. I wear it overnight and by the next morning my breakouts are half the size.

Worth the Splurge

Ole Henriksen Truth Serum

This serum has been incredible for my skin. It’s pricy, but I think it’s important to invest in your skin care. Since I’ve been using it, my skin looks radiant, my pores are smaller and I’ve had less breakouts! It’s now a must have in my every day routine.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Hyaluronic Cloud Hydra-Gel Eye Patches

These eye patches are great for reducing puffiness and dryness and getting rid of fine lines. I like to put them in the refrigerator so they’re extra cooling!

Fresh Black Tea Instant Perfecting Mask

This mask really helps with uneven texture! I have some small acne scarring and this mask has really helped to smooth out my skin.

Utah Travel Diary!

Utah Road Map.jpg

Day 1 + Day 2: Zion National Park

Canyon Overlook Trail

Angels Landing

View from our balcony at Bumbleberry Inn

Zion was my favorite park from our entire trip! It was absolutely breathtaking. We hiked up to 3,000 feet on the second day, to Observation Point and Angel’s Landing, and it was incredible!

What to Do:

Zion is located in Springdale, Utah. Springdale is the cutest little town with lots of shops and restaurants. Both nights, we wandered around the town and explored after we hiked.

Best Trails:

  1. Canyon Overlook Trail: Very easy trail, only a mile long. You can see lots of big horn sheep and the view at the top of the trail is amazing.
  2. Petroglyphs Trail Head
  3. Emerald Pools Trail: This is a fun trail to see a lot of the park. It takes about 2-3 hours to complete, but it is not strenuous and you’ll see a waterfall, a few overlooks, and some natural pools.
  4. Observation Point: 8 miles, 4-6 hours round trip. This trail can be very strenuous at times but it has one of the best views in the park.
  5. Angels Landing: You need to take Observation Point to get to the beginning of Angel’s Landing.

Where to Eat:

Whip Tail Grill

Red Rock Grill (in park): Good food, can be very crowded and the food takes a while.

Porters (hotel restaurant): Pretty good breakfast, and it’s complimentary if you stay at the Bumbleberry Inn.

Oscar’s Cafe: Really good Mexican food!

Cafe Soleile: Quick and easy – organic healthy options.

Where to Stay: Bumbleberry Inn

  • Free breakfast
  • Pool and hot tub
  • Amazing location and views
  • Really clean and comfortable room (most comfortable bed we had all trip)

If I were to pick one park to go back to, it would be Zion!

Day 3: Antelope Canyon

This was the only stop we had in Arizona, it was a little bit out-of-the-way of our Utah Roadtrip, but totally worth the drive! These slot canyons are sandstone and made primarily from flash flooding. Our tour guide was so great, he knew all about the history of the canyons and where to take the best photos.

What to Do: Antelope Canyon Navajo Tours. There are is an Upper Canyon and a Lower Canyon. We were told that if you only do one, the Upper Canyon is better. The tours are pretty expensive at $60/person for an hour and a half, so we decided to only do the Upper Canyon.

Where to Eat: R D’s Drive-In and Big John’s Texas BBQ

After Antelope Canyon we drove to Bryce, Utah via scenic byway 12.

Day 4: Bryce Canyon

Thor’s Hammer

Sunrise Point

This was the coldest park we were at, layers are definitely a must, as well as hats and gloves. Bryce was really cool because it was so different from the other parks we had seen so far. The landscape is very different. From Sunrise Point and Sunset Point, you see mostly sand (dirt) and the HooDoos. HooDoos are tall, skinny spires of rock that protrude from basins. Once you hike down into the park via Navajo Loop Trail and Queens Garden Trail, the landscape transforms into woods and forest.

What to Do: Bryce, Utah is kinda in the middle of nowhere, the town is SUPER small and very touristy. The only thing to really do here is go into the park. However, there are a lot of different things you can do in the park; horseback riding tours, ATV tours, wildlife tours, etc.

Best Trails:

  1. Sunrise Point: Very short, more of an overlook point.
  2. Navajo Loop Trail
  3. Silent City
  4. Queens Garden Trail

Where to Eat:

Bryce Canyon Lodge (in park): Sandwiches and snacks.

Cowboy’s Buffet and Steak Room (hotel restaurant): Not great, but not many options in the area (minus Subway).

Where to Stay: Ruby’s Inn (Best Western)

Day 5: Dead Horse State Park & Canyonlands National Park

Capitol Reef Resort

Dead Horse State Park

On our way to Canyonlands National Park from Bryce, we stopped at Anasazi State Park to see petroglyphs and a museum with ruins of an ancient Anasazi village known as the Coombs Village Site. Petroglyphs are ancient rock carvings.

What to Do: Anasazi State Park and Llama Adventure Tours.

Best Trails: Spur Trail, Dead Horse Point Overlook

Where to Eat:

The Pioneer Kitchen (hotel restaurant): Good food, not too many options.

Castle Rock Coffee (E Highway 24): We stumbled upon this place on our way to Moab the morning we left Capitol Reef and their breakfast is so good! It’s a tiny little cafe by a gas station. If you like coffee, DEFINITELY try the Mexican Mocha Coffee…. amazing.

Where to Stay: Capitol Reef Resort – SUCH A NICE HOTEL

  • Pool and hot tub
  • Large fire pits
  • Great location and views
  • Llamas and Horses: Kept in stables and you could go on tours with them (book ahead of time).
  • They had the best shower!

Day 6 – Day 7: Moab, Utah

Delicate Arch

What to Do: Arches National Park, Red River Adventures (Morning Glory Canyoneering and White Water Rafting Tour), Shopping and a Moab Microbrewery.

The Red River Adventures Morning Glory Tour was what we did on our last day in Moab. This was such a good experience and was a great way to end our trip. You start with a 3 mile hike (you have guides the whole time on this tour), then you do two rappels through an Arch and down a sandstone chamber. Then the guides will make lunch for everyone by the Colorado River. After lunch, you hop in a boat and go white water rafting. During the time we went, the rapids were on the smaller side, but it was still really fun!

Best Trails:

  1. Delicate Arch: If you’re only going to do one… do this one! The hike takes about 2 hours, and can be strenuous.
  2. Double O Arch
  3. The Windows

Where to Eat:

The Blue Pig: I thought this was the best place we ate on our trip.. then we went to Bachi Burger in Vegas the next day. But still, AMAZING BBQ! Highly recommend this place if you’re in Moab.

Pasta Jays: Delicious, authentic Italian food, and huge portions!

The Spoke

Where to Stay:

Under Canvas Resort: A MUST! It works like a hotel, you reserve either a tent or a teepee. It was such a cool experience! Definitely more glamping then true camping, but you still got to sleep under the stars.

  • Stargazing
  • Fire pit
  • Live Music
  • Bathroom Trailers (very clean!)

Super 8 Hotel

Day 8: Drive Back to Las Vegas

Quail Creek State Park
Ghost Rock Overlook
Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries – Bachi Burger

Stops Along the Way:

  • Ghost Rock Overlook
  • Quail Creek State Park: We stumbled upon this place when we were trying to get off the highway and find a bathroom. It was so beautiful, the water is so blue! We ended up stopping and eating lunch here before getting back on the road.
  • Meadow Hot Springs

Where to Stay: La Quinta Inn

Where to Eat:

Bachi Burger (Diners, Drive-In’s and Dives): This was the best food we had the entire trip. If you like alcoholic drinks you need to try the Molokai Mule and the White Wine Sangria. To eat, the Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries were delicious and the “Banh-Mi” Burger was honestly… the best burger I think I have ever had.

What I Packed:

  • Backpack
  • Water bottle: You’re going to need A LOT of water, I packed a 32 oz to refill throughout the day. It’s very easy to get really dehydrated, really fast.
  • Hiking boots and comfortable sneakers: Some days you’re definitely going to want hiking boots. My feet get really sore from hiking boots after wearing them for a while, so it was nice to be able to wear comfortable sneakers on easier hikes and rest my feet.
  • Layers!! The weather will go from 40 degrees in the morning, to 80 degrees mid-day.
  • Dry-fit clothes: Keeps you warmer/cooler, depending on the temperature and dries faster if you get wet.
  • Sunscreen: Even in early April we got burnt a few times.
  • Sunglasses
  • Hats
  • Lightweight, packable rain gear
  • Bandaids and blister bandaids
  • Snacks to put in your backpack

What I Wore:

“Travel Everywhere” T-Shirt is from The Parks Apparel.

Tips and Tricks:

  1. Big water bottle: Like I said before, you’re going to need more water than you think!
  2. Laundry: I suggest doing laundry once on your trip. I did it on the 5th day so that I didn’t need to over pack like crazy (because we know I can’t help myself).
  3. Buy the Annual National Park Pass ($80/car): The daily entry is $60/car, for every park I believe. The Annual Pass can get you into any National Park and you’ll save yourself a lot of money.
  4. Alcohol laws: Utah has very strict (and kinda strange) laws with alcohol. Just a tip, most liquor stores closed at 5:00 pm, even on the weekends. Also, they’re very expensive!

Total Miles Hiked: 36 miles

Total Miles Driven: 1,196 miles

*Shoutout to my Mom for spending months planning this trip! It was incredible!!*

If you have any questions about our trip, or planning your own trip, leave a comment below!

Rocksbox Review – March!

To give you a little perspective on my jewelry choices – I’m lazy.

Rocksbox has been the best and most fun way to switch up my jewelry game!

I never switch up what jewelry I’m wearing because I’m so picky, and quite frankly cannot be bothered shopping for it. I got my ears pierced in middle school – such a late bloomerScared af of needles. Then I got my second hole pierced my freshman year of college, about 5 years ago. I have NEVER taken my second hole earrings out…they are still the ones I got pierced with, no joke.

When I stumbled upon Rocksbox I thought – what a great idea! Basically Rocksbox is a $21/month subscription box that will send you three pieces of jewelry every month. You can try them on and wear them as much as you’d like. Then buy the pieces you love and return the rest! The $21 subscription price will go towards the pieces you decide to keep. Being able to test them out at home with your jewelry and clothing is genius. I’m having so much fun wearing the pieces out and about, with different outfits and pieces of jewelry I already own.

My favorite piece from the set I recieved are the Perry Street Nika Bamboo Hoop earrings. They are super lightweight and I like the size. I am definitely keeping these and I know I’ll be wearing them all spring and summer! The next piece I got were the Leslie Francesca Triangle Studs in champagne druzy. I have been wearing these nonstop since I got them. They are perfect for everyday and go with every thing! The last piece was the Gorjana Palisades Bracelet in turquoise and gold. I love turquoise jewelry, I have a turquoise ring I wear every day! This bracelet is really pretty, and I love that it’s adjustable.

To get your first, set go to Keep checking back to see what I receive every month!

DIY Tv Stand

Happy Friday friends! Today I want to talk about my new favorite piece of furniture in my house! I have been needing a new TV stand for a while now, and looking online I saw all these adorable barn door TV stands! Cheaper made ones would go for $400 or so online, and the really nice, well made ones are priced at upwards of $800. Seems silly to spend that kind of money on something that you can build yourself!

My boyfriend and his parents are so great at building things from scratch. Cambel and I now have five pieces of custom furniture in our house, that has saved us hundreds of dollars if we had purchased identical pieces from the store. Check out the outdoor sectional we made out of FREE palettes – here!

tvstand1 - 4

My role in the process is more the vision and overseeing. I kept seeing these barn-door TV stands all over Pinterest and HGTV. I saved photos of my favorites, and took those as inspiration for our TV stand. All in all, it took only a few weeks to complete – working on it only on the weekend!

The colors of our living room are varying shades of gray, blue and brown. I really like the color we chose for the base of the stand, it pulls in the other blues in the room as well as compliments the grays. I also LOVE the stain color for the top because it add’s a more rustic touch (Ace Wood Stain – Dark Walnut).

tvstand5 - 1

We purchased the Barn Door hardware from Amazon. They have a ton of options online. You just need to know the measurements and it’s very easy to put together! The hardware comes in a set, so you will have everything you need. Just make sure that the set comes with 4 hangers for the doors, instead of two (unless you only want one door).

Barn Door Hardware: Option 1 + Option 2

Most of the other pieces in the living room are from Target (are we surprised?). The blanket we picked up when we were in Mexico, and the curtains are from HomeGoods. That lovely lamp is from college … don’t worry, it’s being replaced soon.

Follow me and reach out to me with any questions or comments, I’d love to hear from you!

Thanks for stopping by! xo

My Favorite 2018 Spring Trends

Happy Friday friends!! I’m so excited about today’s post, talking about my favorite trends for this spring! I have been loving what I’ve seen on the runways and what stores are putting out for this season so far. I’m hoping it’ll warm up here in Maryland soon, so I can start putting some outfits together!

White Booties

I am LOVING the white boot trend happening right now. It’s a little retro, a little That 70’s show… digging it. I really like how they look with “Mom Jeans” or a cute wrap dress. But they are so versatile and really make a look pop.

Graphic T’s

I have always liked the classic combo of jeans and a tee, but my love for graphic tee’s has been growing into more of an obsession lately.. not hating it. One of my favorite types of t-shirts I’ve been seeing a lot lately are white t’s with red lettering (like the “sassy” one I linked below).

Square Necklines

This style is everywhere right now, from tank tops to bathing suits. It’s a super flattering cut, for any body type. I really like the look of a square neck bodysuit with high-waisted shorts, gold jewelry and a belt.

Anorak Jackets/Windbreaker

Athleisure has been a big trend for a while now, so it makes sense that sporty windbreakers are also on trend for spring. If the sporty chic style isn’t for you, I also linked an anorak jacket from Free People that I’m loving for spring.

I’m excited to experiment with fringe this season. Fringe is just so fun! I love the look of little crop tops with a fringe mini skirt, or a fringe jacket with denim shorts and booties. There are so many different ways to incorporate this trend with items you already have in your closet!

Sheer has been a big trend for months now, and I’m excited to transition it into spring. My favorite way to wear this trend is with sheer and lace bodysuits, with lots of denim. I love the mix of the two textures! Sheer is the perfect way to amp up your outfit for a night out.

What trends are you looking forward to rocking this spring?!

xoxo Courtney

Q&A: Why I Started My Blog

Happy Friday! I’m doing something a little different this week. This is my first Question and Answer post, so that you all can get to know me a little better! Let me know if you like these posts and I’ll do them more often. Ps: I asked for questions on Instagram, so to have your questions included next time, be sure to follow me!

What made you want to start blogging?

I needed a creative outlet. I have always loved fashion, beauty and interior design. Starting a blog was a great way for me to express myself that way. Working in the financial industry, I don’t really get to be creative, and it was starting to drive me nuts! Blogging let’s me be myself and bring my creative side out.

How do you manage your time being a blogger? I.e accomplishing your personal and business tasks. Do you have a system in place to keep it all organized?

This has been something that I’ve been struggling with for a while now. BALANCE. I am not the best at time management, or being organized. Because of that, I get really stressed out and it can make blogging feel like a chore sometimes – which defeats the whole purpose!

I live by my planner, it’s a life saver for me! In order for me to utilize my planner as best as I can, I need to write in everything. The time I’m at work, when I’m eating dinner, when I’m writing, taking photos, etc. I try to write it down to the hour, to make sure I can fit everything into my busy schedule. I make sure to leave time for me, too. Whether that’s watching a show, reading a book, take a nap… I need time to detox.

I try and plan my blog posts out a month ahead of time. By this I mean, I’m looking at April right now, and writing in my planner, what kinds of posts I’m going to write, and when. I don’t write my posts ahead of time, I write them a day or two before I want to post them. I think taking that next step and writing them ahead of time as well, will help me to better stay on schedule.

If you have any tips or tricks for staying organized and on schedule, please leave them below! Again, this is something I’m still working on and trying to master.

What do you do for your full time job?

I work for a MassMutual branch doing Marketing and Event planning! However, I just got my Life and Health license to become an insurance broker and I’m working on getting my Series 7 and Series 66 to become a financial advisor!

Any advice for someone who wants to start a blog?

Just jump in and do it! It’s going to be very intimidating at first, but you shouldn’t second guess yourself. If it’s something you love you should give it a try. As long as you are genuine, and stay true to yourself, that will be what makes you unique.

When I first started my blog, I quickly realized how many fashion bloggers there are out there. I was trying to be like everyone else that was successful and I quickly realized that I had lost myself and my style, in doing so. I remember looking at my closet and my Instagram, just a few months ago, at some of the clothing items I had bought, and I thought… this isn’t me? I would never reach for these pieces. That was when I needed to do a serious reality check and reevaluate my style, and who/what I wanted to portray. Just because an item is trending on Instagram, throughout the fashion world, doesn’t mean you need to have it. This was something I had to realize. Buy items because YOU love them, not because other people love them.

What has been the hardest part about blogging for you?

It’s a ton of work, a lot more work than I anticipated. Working a full time job, having a social life, trying to be a successful blogger, staying healthy, etc. It can be really overwhelming. The hardest part for me to keep up with has been keeping my Instagram game strong. In order for my Instagram to grow I feel like I need to be on it constantly! And that’s just not me and frankly I don’t have time for that.

I’m struggling with how important Instagram is for fashion bloggers. You need to post once a day at least and always be commenting on other bloggers photos. I’m sure a lot of you know about Instagram’s new algorithm as well, which has made being noticed on Instagram even harder.

I’ve learned that I care more about the quality of my Instagram’s than the quantity. I was obsessed with how many followers I had at all times, and it was making the journey too stressful for me. I will lose 30-40 followers in a day, but then gain 30 followers back. It’s always fluctuating, so as important as how many followers you have is, I’ve tried to enjoy it more and focus on the quality.

I hope you all learned a little bit more about me! I really enjoyed answering your questions. Feel free to leave some more below and I can do another Q&A soon!

Rocksbox Review – February 2018

If you haven’t signed up for Rocksbox yet, what are you waiting for!? I look forward to receiving my box every month and I’m never disappointed! I mean, unlimited jewelry?! Count me in.

To read a full description about what exactly Rocksbox is, click here.

The first piece is by Sophie Harper, it is the Starburst and Crystal Pendant necklace. This necklace is super dainty, which is something that I really like! I’m not a big fan of chunky jewelry. It’s adjustable too! The second piece is also by Sophie Harper, they are the Zig Zag Stacking Rings in Crystal and Black Pave. I’ve been wearing these every day with my usual rings. They’re really comfortable considering the jewels go all the way around. They also look really great apart, as well as stacked together! The last piece I received were the gold Lulu Studs by Perry Street. These earrings are gorgeous! I love the size of them because they’re wearable for everyday, but they still make a statement!

January 2018 Favorites

Helloo friends! I hope the New Year is treating you all well! Have you been keeping to your resolutions?? I love to read and watch bloggers monthly favorites, but I’ve never gotten around to sharing mine. When I finally remember to do them, its like the middle of the next month – oops. As you can tell I’m very organized.

So I’m going to attempt to do this every month this year and we’ll see how it goes! Let me know your monthly favorites in the comments below, I’m always looking for new things to try!

TULA Cleanser – This cleanser has been a life changer for me! Not to be dramatic, but it has done amazing things for my skin. My skin feels so smooth and soft, and I haven’t had any breakouts.

Essence Lash Extension Mascara – I have used this mascara almost every day the past month. It’s a one-step lash extension mascara, which I much prefer over the typical 3-step lash extension mascara. It makes my lashes so long and full, in no time! AND its only … $4.99.

Tarte Clay Play Face Shaping Palette – This has been my go-to palette this month. It is the perfect everyday nude palette (and it smells like chocolate).

Batiste Dry Shampoo – Dry shampoo has been my saving grace, especially the Bastiste brand! My hair, just like my skin, tends to be on the oily side, and I’m training my hair, to not wash it every day. On those in between days I rely on dry shampoo to absorb the oils and give me volume!

Kopari Coconut Melt – was skeptical of this product, being that it’s simply coconut oil, with a higher price tag than you’ll find at the supermarket. However, I did my research and this product has done amazing things for my skin this winter. I use this every single time I shave my legs, after I get out of the shower, to prevent against razor burn and help with my inevitably dry skin.

Hello Fresh – My boyfriend and I have found a new obsession… and that is Hello Fresh. If you’ve never heard of Hello Fresh before it’s a meal kit delivery service, that sends you everything you need, pre portioned, fresh produce, to make your dinner from scratch. We love it because we aren’t wasting any food, we’re learning amazing, easy recipes and eating great!

The Crown – I started watching the Netflix show, The Crown, this month and I’m hooked! It’s a historical drama, about a young Queen Elizabeth II.

Almond Milk Creamer – Nestle Coffee-Mate, all natural, almond milk creamer. It tastes amazing, and it has much less sugar, and none of the “bad stuff” that you find in regular, sugar-heavy creamers.

SongsTequila by Dan and Shay, Let Me Go by Hailee Seinfeld, Tennessee Whiskey by Chris Stapleton.

Black Jeans – If you follow me on Instagram, you probably have noticed that I have been living in my American Eagle high-rise black jeans. They are SO comfortable, don’t stretch out, and they fit like a glove.

Black Booties – Another staple the past couple of months, have been my black booties from Steve Madden. They go with absolutely everything and they’re so comfortable.

Zara Suede Pants – If I could pick one word to describe these pants it would be – chic. They’re just cool!! I think they’re super unique, even though suede has been all over the place this year. They’re also really comfortable and only $40!

Rocksbox – If you follow my blog, or my Instagram, you know how much I have been loving Rocksbox. Who doesn’t love getting jewelry delivered to their doorstep every month!? To get your first set for free go to and use the code: courtmorricexoxo at checkout! Month 1 | Month 2 | Month 3

What favorites have you been loving this month??

Thanks for stopping by! court xoxo

Rocksbox Review – Month 3!

If you follow my blog you know how much I LOVE Rocksbox! If you have never heard of Rocksbox, it’s a $21/month subscription box that will send you three pieces of jewelry every month. You can try them on and wear them as much as you’d like. Then buy the pieces you love and return the rest! The $21 subscription price will go towards the pieces you decide to keep. Being able to test them out at home with your jewelry and clothing is genius. My other two boxes are posted here and here!

This months box is my favorite so far. The first piece in the box, is the Aster Magnolia Duster earrings. These gold, dangly earrings are absolutely gorgeous and so light weight! I wore them last weekend for a fun night out in Annapolis! I paired them with a suede jacket and black booties. My second piece is the Sophie Harper Pavé Bar Slider Bracelet. This has been my favorite piece to wear in this box. I love pairing it with my MVMT watch (see above). The last piece in my box this month, is the Rudiment Pixley Ring. This ring has jewels all around the band, which can make it kind of uncomfortable to wear.
